Orders to the EU under £135 (€150) are shipped using the Import One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) framework. Local VAT and all applicable EU customs duties are calculated and charged directly at checkout, ensuring a fully delivery-duty-paid (DDP) service with absolutely no surprise fees or handling charges upon delivery.
